Account details, information you intentionally submit, assessment responses, documents, program activity and support communications may be stored to provide the service.
Health Assessment AI summaries
If you affirmatively consent, the Health Assessment questionnaire information required to generate an educational assessment narrative may be sent to OpenAI, the external AI provider used by ArogyamX. The purpose is interpretation and narrative generation for the Health Assessment. ArogyamX sends only the questionnaire information and governed context needed for that processing; the AI request does not include your name or email address.
Processing may involve infrastructure outside your country where applicable. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account owner explicitly opts in. ArogyamX Health Assessment AI requests use store: false, so the application does not ask OpenAI to retain the response as application state. Under OpenAI's standard API controls, content may still be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless approved stricter data-retention controls apply.
AI-generated summaries are educational and do not replace practitioner or medical review. You may decline AI processing and continue with your fixed assessment report or discuss it with a practitioner. You may withdraw consent for future Health Assessment AI processing from your account. ArogyamX records the applicable consent version and the date and time of each decision.
Access and control
Access is limited by role. Clients, assigned practitioners and authorised administrators receive only the access required for their responsibilities. We do not sell personal health information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through authenticated support. Operational, legal, safety and consent records may need to be retained.
